Use this form to apply for a booth at Fitfest.  You will be asked to pay using Paypal.

We would like to invite you to participate in our first ever Fit Fest.  A Fit Fest is a combination of health and fitness with an emphasis on movement.  Our entire day will be filled with classes of Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Taekwondo, Boot Camp, etc.  We will have professional athletes speaking and others such as nutritionist, Drs., Health Clubs, etc.  We will have batting cages and pitching machines, all kinds of races, screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, vascular, spinal, glaucoma and more.  There will be a blood bank on hand for donations.  A whole day of fun and networking with other like minded individuals.  If you would like to join in the fun and be a vendor, please fill out the form below. Space size is 10 x 10.  The price for members is $50 and non-members is $75.  (Rate increases to $75 members and $100 non-members after April 1st.)  You must specify whether or not you will need electricity.  We DO NOT furnish canopies, chairs, tables or electrical cords.  Please call Sheron Atwell at 510-9996 or Shilo Miller at 675-4444 for any questions.  No drink or food concessions without approval from the Chamber of Commerce before you can be assigned a booth.  No refunds will be given due to bad weather.
